Purpose: Convenes biannually (every two years) to provide recommendations to City Council for the awarding of grants to no-profit groups that deliver services to primarily lower-income persons.

Members: Committee consists of 9 City residents are appointed at the start of each two-year funding cycle.

Meetings: Meets biannually from October through February.
